When will my order ship?

Current production time is 1-3 business days.
Business days DO NOT include holidays or weekends.

Once the order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you. All of my products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Typical transit time after shipping: 1-4 days (Mon-Sat)

Damages or Defects

If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order.

USPS requires all insured orders to have photo proof of the damage. Please take photos right away and send me a message. I will take care of the claim and give you further details after I contact USPS.

Tips on Burning

** During the first burn, make sure to allow the candle to melt to the edges of the candle. Failure to do so can result in tunneling, poor scent throw, and poor burn times.

**Make sure your wick is 1/4" inches long prior to each burn.

** Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

** Do not leave candle unattended while burning.

** Keep away from drafts and flammable items.

Wax: 100% Soy Wax - U.S. Sourced Eco Friendly and 100% sustainable.

Fragrance:

High Quality Fragrance oils that are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in fragrance.
Premium Essential Oils. Infused with essential oils to create long lasting scent and aroma.

Wicks:
All natural cotton wicks - No zinc- No Lead
Natural Wooden Crackling Wicks

Jars & Lids are purchased from a local supplier. Jars are reusable! Fun Fact: Our vessels are cocktail glasses- please clean them out and reuse.

Packaging: Eco -Friendly and Sustainable.

We package our candles in recyclable boxes with bio-degradable packing peanuts. Please re-use packing or run peanuts under water. They will dissolve completely!

Packing Peanuts–Biodegradable made out of cornstarch.

These non toxic packing peanuts dissolve easily in warm water and will even disintegrate in soil or your compost bin!

The cornstarch content in these sustainable peanuts can actually fertilize your plants. (starches spur the release of plant nutrients in the soil, making biodegradable packing peanuts a natural fertilizer for your garden

To fertizile dissolve the peanuts in a watering can filled with water - use warm water for  a quicker dissolve, stil until the starch has completely dissolved then water your plants as normal.
